I know, I know...way too long between posts and long overdue for a new show.  My apologies to all.  There's good reason behind it which I'd rather not get into here.  The fact is, this sort of distraction is just what I need! 
I always feel the need to preface these type of lists with a disclaimer.  Lists are fluid and in a week, a month, a year I may look back on it and rearrange things, add ones I hadn't been exposed to or delete releases I thought too highly of.  So it goes.  So without further adieu...my personal top 50 albums of the year for 2006.
